Eight people have reportedly been killed and 12 injured by gunmen in Yangal-Fadan Kamanton, a community in Zangon Kataf local government area of Kaduna State.
Daily Times reports that residents saw gunmen suspected to be herders invade the communities in the late hours of yesterday, January 27, 2015, and operate till this morning, shooting and set several houses ablaze.
According to local authorities,“Eight people were killed in the attack and about 12 people injured are currently receiving treatment at a hospital in Zonkwa.”
